• Information you give us — name, company, work email, phone, and message details when you use our contact form, sign-in, ROI calculator, AI Audit request, or download a playbook.
• Account information — if you create a HempAgency account, your name, company, email, plan, and the content you save (e.g., compliance chats and documents you submit for review).
• Usage & device data — pages visited, interactions, approximate location, browser/device type, collected via cookies and analytics (see below).
• Payment data — handled by our processor (Stripe). We don’t see or store full card numbers.

• Respond to inquiries, scope engagements, and deliver our services.
• Operate your account, including saved chats, document reviews, and team seats.
• Send transactional messages (sign-in links, confirmations) and, where permitted, occasional updates you can opt out of.
• Improve our site and services and keep them secure.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. These cookies help us see which content is useful and improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out tools. We do not use this data to identify you personally beyond what you submit to us directly.

We share information only with service providers who help us run HempAgency — for example hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), and analytics (Google) — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Our forms use anti-spam measures (including hidden honeypot fields and rate controls) to block automated abuse. These checks process only technical signals, not additional personal data about you.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on our infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
